Biden’s Blame Game: Biden Administration Behind Trump Criminal Cases

Former President Donald Trump claimed that President Joe Biden played a direct role in prosecuting Trump to prevent him from being re-elected and he is innocent in all the cases made on him. On March 25, 2024, Former President Donald Trump called his legal woes “election interference” and blamed President Biden for charges against him in remarks to reporters in New York City.

If we look at the timeline, Trump’s claim may not be wrong. As soon as Trump appears on a countrywide scale, numerous criminal cases are filed against him. When it became clear to the Biden administration that Trump was a serious threat to them in the coming election, Trump got trapped in legal battles. And even some of the criminal charges against Trump seem bizarre. Political analysts believe that at least to some extent, Trump’s claim that the Biden administration is responsible for criminal cases against him, may not be wrong.

As the ex-president attempts to ride a narrative of personal political persecution through his criminal trial and back to the White House, other significant political forces are forming that could be equally important in November’s election.

On March 26, 2024, political drama erupted from Washington to North Carolina and California, adding to the already fierce campaign ahead of the presumptive Republican nominee’s rematch with President Joe Biden. A series of incidents in those states also demonstrated that in an election that could be decided by hundreds of votes in a few swing states, practically any issue that finds traction among voters could be important.

Some of the cases that are against Donald Trump are:

  • New York State: Fraud
  • Manhattan: Defamation and Sexual Assault
  • Manhattan: Hush Money
  • Department of Justice: Mar-a-Lago Documents

In March 2023, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg became the first prosecutor to file felony charges against Trump, charging that the former president fabricated corporate records as part of a plot to pay hush money to women who claimed to have had sexual connections with him.

Trump will appear in Manhattan on Tuesday for a hearing to set a court date in the hush money criminal case filed by Alvin Brag, the Democrat New York County District Attorney.

The presumptive Republican presidential candidate for 2024 has a Monday deadline to deposit a $454 million bail to satisfy a civil fraud judgment.

“There should be no fine. “I did nothing wrong!” Trump yelled on Truth Social. “Why should I be compelled to sell my “kids” because a CORRUPTED NEW YORK JUDGE AND A.G. SET A FAKE AND RIDICULOUS NUMBER? ‘TAKE HIS MONEY SO THAT HE CANNOT USE IT TO DEFEAT HIS POLITICAL OPPONENT, CROOKED JOE BIDEN.'”

Multiple sources familiar with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office have confidentially told Breitbart News that the Biden administration has a Democratic operative inside a Fulton County office to target Trump.

Trump earlier chastised Willis for hiring an accused Biden operative, Jeff DiSantis, in the district attorney’s office. “I’m being prosecuted by Biden, my opponent. … whether it’s Fani Willis or Bragg — these are local and state, but they’re in total coordination with the White House,” he claimed. “You cannot do that. It should not be done.

Two judges in two separate cases have already penalized Trump somewhat less than half a billion dollars.

  • New York civil fraud case: more than $355 million.
  • E. Jean Carroll’s defamation case costs $83.3 million.

“It’s all a giant and totally illegal Witch Hunt against Biden’s Political Opponent!” Trump posted on Truth.

Former President Donald Trump leads President Joe Biden in two major states – North Carolina and Georgia. In both states, Trump gets his popularity and support primarily from the Black Voters and Young Voters.

Biden Campaigns are built for one purpose — winning — and a proven way to win is to magnify an opponent’s vulnerabilities. If the verdict in the “hush money” case in Manhattan goes against him this spring, Trump could enter the home stretch of the campaign as a convicted felon — a vulnerability without parallel in American politics.
