Trump’s Campaign Set A New Single-Fundraiser Record Of More Than $50 Million, Smashing Biden’s Record

On Saturday evening, the Republican National Committee RNC announced that the Trump campaign set a record by pulling in more than $50 million at a fundraising event in one night. The former President Donald Trump’s election campaign organized a fundraising event that saw more than $50 million coming in one night and set a new single-fundraiser record for the presidential campaign. This fundraising event was held at the mansion of Hedge fund billionaire John Paulson in Palm Beach, Florida.

This new record by Trump comes just weeks after the Democratic Presidential Candidate President Joe Biden’s campaign announced that they had raised more than $26 million at a single event in New York City. At this fundraising event, the former three US Presidents from the Democratic Party – President Joe Biden, Barack Obama, and Bill Clinton – participated with a single mission to raise enough funds to defeat Trump. However, it seems that Trump’s popularity is skyrocketing with each passing day. The former president is also using his popularity for the right reason.

Trump smashed Biden’s fundraising record in just weeks and by double margin. Trump campaign senior advisers Chris LaCivita and Susie Wiles said in a statement:

“Tonight will be an incredible night for President Trump and the Republican Party, raising an astounding $50.5 million. Meanwhile, after locking up the nomination in one of the fastest primaries in modern political history, Donald J. Trump is winning poll after poll and proving that the enthusiasm is on his side. It’s clearer than ever that we have the message, the operation, and the money to propel President Trump to victory on November 5.”

In the Republican Primary, Trump faced little competition from his former Ambassador to the United Nations and South Carolina Governor, Nikki Haley. But to Nikki’s disappointment, she didn’t even manage to defeat Trump in her home state. Trump cruised to victory state after state, and last month, Trump gained enough delegates to claim the Republican Presidential Candidate spot. In the recent polls, it was seen that Trump was leading Biden in several key swing states. As for the independent voters, 28 percent of them have planned to vote in favor of former Donald Trump.

Whatley and Lara Trump said, “The success of tonight’s event is proving what we already know: Americans are fed up with Biden’s record of failure, from the open southern border and sky-high inflation to the migrant crime crisis that has made everyone less safe. The Republican Party is united behind the effort to elect President Donald J. Trump, and Americans are lining up to join our movement and retire Crooked Joe Biden once and for all.”

A copy of the fundraising invitation that the New York Post published shows a who’s who list of mega GOP donors, including Robert Bigelow, Harold Hamm, Steve Wynn, Robert Mercer, Todd Ricketts, Scott Bessent, John Catsimatidis, former Sen. Kelly Loeffler and her husband, Jeffrey Sprecher, and many more.
